The staff were amazing including the room service staff. They quickly managed to arrange a kettle for me and were happy to arrange a taxi. The taxi driver managed to get us to the airport in time even though there was crazy traffic with some quick thinking. Jay was really helpful during our checking.

The bed was very comfortable. The location is prime for a stay in New York, and I really liked the shower and its water flow. The water gets HOT, so you can take a comfortable shower without having to wait for it to get warmed up. The light dimmer are really cool but not great if you need to work LOL

Great location close to the Meatpacking district. Lobby bar is nice and pool is excellent.

Large room for NYC standards, a comfortable stay for our family of 4 in two queen beds (usually booking separate rooms for teen daughters so I was a bit sceptical about sharing). Fun neighbourhood with Chelsea Market literally at our feet. Very close to subway Reasonable price for NY standards

I always come here atleast 3-5 times a summer for the Sunday pool party and I always get the room that you can walk rite out to The pool from the room which is great and the chairs since the room Cost $630 Amd the lounge chairs were free bow since the Hyatt took over they are charging couples even if you have a room it cost $300 for two lounge chairs by the pool and I’m not cheap but that is just astronomical after spending $630 on a room they want an extra $300 for lounge chairs in sane luckily I found a young manger that I explained it doesn’t say that’s on the site and I’ve rneve was even questioned on the past to pay for lounge Chairs so he said to give me $100 cash and he would give is two loungers and of course he did lol

It was oddly designed. The ladder in the bathroom was not functional as it would fall when you pulled a towel off. The faucet was further out that the water for washing hair in sink. Weird hole in the door instead of doorknob. Only one outlet next to bed and it didn’t work. There were so many buttons we turned on the do not disturb not the light inside.Looked designed for appearance and not functionality.

High end details, beautiful decor and gorgeous large doors. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Great view from unique windows.

Location was easy access to the tunnel upon arrival and departure driving. Location is a few blocks to Chelsea Piers (go at night), 1 block from subway, easy access to lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping.
