The bed was very comfortable. The location is prime for a stay in New York, and I really liked the shower and its water flow. The water gets HOT, so you can take a comfortable shower without having to wait for it to get warmed up. The light dimmer are really cool but not great if you need to work LOL

I always come here atleast 3-5 times a summer for the Sunday pool party and I always get the room that you can walk rite out to The pool from the room which is great and the chairs since the room Cost $630 Amd the lounge chairs were free bow since the Hyatt took over they are charging couples even if you have a room it cost $300 for two lounge chairs by the pool and I’m not cheap but that is just astronomical after spending $630 on a room they want an extra $300 for lounge chairs in sane luckily I found a young manger that I explained it doesn’t say that’s on the site and I’ve rneve was even questioned on the past to pay for lounge Chairs so he said to give me $100 cash and he would give is two loungers and of course he did lol

It was oddly designed. The ladder in the bathroom was not functional as it would fall when you pulled a towel off. The faucet was further out that the water for washing hair in sink. Weird hole in the door instead of doorknob. Only one outlet next to bed and it didn’t work. There were so many buttons we turned on the do not disturb not the light inside.Looked designed for appearance and not functionality.

High end details, beautiful decor and gorgeous large doors. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Great view from unique windows.

Location was easy access to the tunnel upon arrival and departure driving. Location is a few blocks to Chelsea Piers (go at night), 1 block from subway, easy access to lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping.

The shower was AMAZING! The water flow was completely unexpected but LOVED IT! I also like the Karl Largerfeld toiletries. The lighting was great too. The floating toilet is a nice, modern touch. The small deck/terrace was cute. Key card access in the elevator - EXCELLENT for security.

The hotel is right in the middle of the very hip Chelsea market area. Tons of restaurants, shopping, piers and the high line were the highlights near the hotel that were a huge plus and the convenience of the subway and bus to travel to anywhere in NYC. It is buzzing always hence pretty safe. The gym and the pool were a huge surprise. Loved both. The lobby is gorgeous. I stayed with my teenage daughters and the nightlife here isn't something that I explored but seemed like a popular place. The room was spacious for the 3 of us and had pretty much everything that we wanted. I have stayed in the area in a different hotel before, I found dream Downtown great value for the money I paid for the stay.

We were upgraded to two rooms with king beds instead of one room with two full beds. The location was terrific. The hotel had a pool, which was ideal in the hot summer months, and cafe with good breakfast food. The staff working the pool area were attentive and always there with complimentary waters. Some guests complained about noise late at night, but we did not hear anything, perhaps because we were at the end of the hallway.

It was really cozy despite there being 2 clubs on site. The hotel looks really cool and futuristic. Staff were really friendly and accommodating, answered my questions and gave recommendations. The pool is fun too and a plus for summer stays
